How to Use Pure Food Vanilla Protein Powder and REAL MEAL for Best Results
Our protein powders have no sugar, gums/thickeners, “natural flavors,” or any other junk … so they don’t taste like the overly sweet protein shakes most people are used to.
We recommend blending with 3-5 oz. of liquid per 3 T serving. Milk / plant milk makes it tastes a bit better than just using water. Of course, you can add just about any fruit/vegetable and use REAL MEAL in your favorite smoothie recipes as well!
1 scoop will get you roughly 11 grams of protein and 85 calories. If you’re replacing a meal, then 2 scoops is what most of our customers have found success with.
How to Use Pure Food DIGEST for Best Results
Take 1-2 capsules daily with a meal (preferably your two biggest meals of the day).
We recommend one with breakfast and one with dinner. Use the product every day for at least 2 weeks (because it takes time for your gut to acclimate and for the new beneficial bacteria to colonize).
We also recommend taking 1 DIGEST capsule before a heavy meal or before you eat out to lessen any undesirable GI symptoms!
