The Vanilla is a very lite Pure Natural Vanilla and the Cacao is a very lite cocoa – Nothing about these flavors tastes artificial and I can not taste the organic stevia leaf at all… Since I have been adding protein to my everyday smoothie I have found that I have better muscle tone and my hair has stopped falling out… I mix it with 2 cups of water 2 apples cored but not peeled and a banana – always – sometimes if I have other fruit around I add it as well to create the thickness that I like. This brand is smooth and delicious – JUNK FREE.
